Access is off Highway 13, south
of Clinton.
From stop light at junction of Highway 7 and 13, go
South 1.8 miles to gravel road just before bridge at Truman Lake.
Turn Right.

I throughly enjoyed todays events at Golden Valley R/C Club. It was a great day of modeling fun, enjoyed by all that attended. It was a spectacular day of flying, with most of us just having more fun than any one group of people should have. There were some very spectacular displays of aircraft and a lot of very talented flyers. And what a flying field, mowed, rolled and vacuumed. Just an outstanding facility.
I would like to personally thank the Golden Valley R/C Club for the work they did in making this day a fantastic one. I know that putting on such an event requires a lot of extra work for the club members. You did yourselves proud G.V.R.C. and I'm sure that many will return next year. You can plan on me being there.
