Pete has served as Northern Knights Secretary since 1996. He has been a Northern Knights member since 1995. Pete, like most of us, has always liked airplanes from a very young age. It wasn’t till his son Jason was age 11 that Pete took the plunge into R/C. Even then he stood back and let Jason solo before taking lessons himself. Jason was a quick learner and a good flyer, but after a couple of years sports and girls became more important than flying. Pete states that he likes building and the camaraderie of being with the guys much much more than flying. Pete’s favorite plane is a Falcon III covered in John Deere colors complete with official logos. |
